This will help you to better understand our business processes.
Procedures
Items are brought into inventory through remarketing centers from different
clients (Leasing Companies, Banks and Bankruptcy Courts).  Inventoried items
are assigned a tracking number.  A Fair Market Value (Asking Price) for the
item is established with the original paper holder (i.e. leasing company, bank,
trustee, owner).  The item is then marketed at the Asking Price, any offers
below that figure must be reviewed and accepted by our client(s).  Every effort
possible is made to determine condition and operability of the item for sale.  
Please see the Terms & Condition of sale below.  REMCO will disclose any and
all known pertinent facts related to the item.  Our base knowledge on any given
account is as follows:  Original vendor, date of purchase, place and status of
recovery and current asking price.  The inventory on our lists and this Web Site
represents a portion of the current inventory available.  If you don't find the item
you are looking for please contact us to be added to a buyers list on items of
interest.  We constantly update our inventory however all items listed are
subject to prior sale.  
Sales Policy
No sale is complete and final until all amounts are received and processed.

       Items may be placed on hold with "sale pending," providing a non refundable
       deposit of no less than 25% is received.  Items will be placed on hold for a
       length of time determined at the time of deposit.

       Offers below the established pricing are accepted at the client's discretion
       and should be submitted in writing clearly stating item, amount and buyer's
       information.  Bid/offer forms can be obtained by calling and/or emailing
